Wayne Grudem has written an excellent article on how Christian ladies can submit to their husbands (or fathers)--the Bible's way. He backs it up with strong Biblical verses and conclusions. View the article here.
Since it's quite a long article, I wouldn't recommend reading it all in one sitting--but definitely read it all! :)
